MASSIVE Welcomes Dena Ramsey, Legal Nurse

MASSIVE: Medical and Subrogation Specialists, the industry’s most advanced provider of healthcare lien resolution and future medical allocations company, is pleased to announce the addition of Dena Ramsey as a Legal Nurse Consultant and Future Medical Specialist. In her new role, Dena will lead MASSIVE’s allocation team for Medicare Set-Asides (MSAs) and Medical Cost Projections (MCP) and will help MASSIVE’s customers obtain the correct future medical allocation for their settlements.

 

While Dena recently worked as an MSA reviewer for CMS, she also has many years of experience in the preparation of MSAs and MCPs for a variety of vendors and over 30 years’ experience in the medical field as a nurse. Her varied background includes everything from labor and delivery to surgery, trauma, emergency care, and cruise ship nursing as well as being appointed as a Medical Examiner by the state of North Carolina for her county of residence.

 

Dena has also taught nursing education in both the traditional setting and in an on-line environment. Dena’s vast understanding of the medical field, along with her MBA in Healthcare Administration and JD with emphasis in healthcare, makes her a valuable addition to the team.
