Mallinckrodt Opioids Lien Resolution

MASSIVE has been named as the exclusive Lien Resolution Administrator for Mallinckrodt’s PI Bankruptcy Trust. We previously detailed the lien resolution programs we have set up. Outside of those LRPs are dozens of other Medicaid programs, including:

At MASSIVE, we have nearly completed process meetings with each of these organizations. Our goal is to create a streamlined, organized process with each of these Medicaid lien holders. Additionally, we will employ automatic maximums, offsets (percentage reductions), and potentially some total lien waivers in each of these state-by-state Medicaid programs.

 

These programs will extend to future cases if MASSIVE is involved, such as the Purdue Bankruptcy PI Trust.
