Massive Announces New 'Live Data Portal' with 24/7 Lien Info
At Massive, our goal is to make your day easier. We’ve created a “Live Data Portal” for our customers that allows them to get up-to-the-second information on every file they submit. We know that access to the information you need, when you need it, is critical. Whether it’s noon or 2:00 AM, you have the same access through our Live Data Portal.
We’re thrilled to share some of the new features you can access, they include:
- Lien Status– Concise information is paramount to a good update. See whether the lien is accurate, disputed, in negotiation, or any other status;
- Updates & Timing– We include dates so you know when the next lien update is expected;
- Clear Language– Lien progress and related information so you can easily decipher if the lien can be paid now.
That’s just what’s new. You still have access to Request Updates, Ask Questions, Send Settlement Info, and to open any document we’ve received. You’ll find a sample of the new update page below:
