Because of this, our team is donating 3% of receipts from cases submitted to us by AAJ Sexual Assault Litigation Group Members to CHILD USA, a nonprofit organization that fights for the rights of children to be free from child sex abuse through legal reform of the statutes of limitation and federal bankruptcy law, ending child marriage, and holding institutions accountable.
MASSIVE has resolved liens for numerous sexual assault litigations. Our experts are specially trained to work with law firms that lead the charge for their clients to recover from this life-altering trauma. We are proud to support the cause and help your clients keep more of their net settlement.
The details: MASSIVE will donate 3% of receipts from an individual participating law firm during each six-month period (either Jan. 1 – June 30 or July 1 – December 31). The maximum donation per law firm is $3,000 per six-month period. Prior to the end of the six-month period, the law firm must notify MASSIVE that it, or one of its attorneys, is a member of the AAJ’s Sexual Assault Litigation Group to be eligible for donation. MASSIVE reserves the right to discontinue this charity program at any time; however, all payments received by the discontinuation date will be eligible for donation.
